이에 앞서 권기식 회장은 지난 10월 29일~31일 옌안(延安)을 방문해 가오진샤오(高進孝) 산시성 외사판공실 주임과 한중 교류에 대해 깊은 대화를 나눴다. 권기식 회장은 저장성과 산시성을 방문하는 동안 옌안TV와 후저우파부(湖州發布) 등 지역언론들과의 인터뷰를 통해 한중 교류의 중요성을 홍보하기도 했다.
